12 weeks to product-market fit for mission driven founders.

Hands on program guided by successful founders to go from mission and vision to proven product-market fit and a fundable business plan.

5–7 founders per cohort First program starts mid-November 2026 2 sessions per week
The Curriculum

Four modules. Twelve weeks. The base your experiments run against.

Ikigai, the business case, and mission and values are not a warm-up — they are the information layer every experiment is measured against. The experiment system is the engine that turns that base into revenue and learning.

Module One
Week 1

Find your founder-startup fit

Personality assessment to identify what drives you and where you do your best work, to help you focus on the idea that fits your mission in life.

The process
  1. Run a personality assessment and life planning session with a life coach.
  2. Map the four intersections — passion, profession, mission, vocation.
  3. Test the company against the map: is this the right thing, built by the right founder.

Module Two
Week 2

Build a fundable business case

Why this company should exist, why now and how it makes money.

The process
  1. Build an investor-ready business case from first principles with an experienced business coach.
  2. Identify your differentiated market positioning.
  3. Build the revenue model and capital requirements — how the business makes money and the resources it takes.

Module Three
Week 3

Mission and values

The purpose behind your business, and the values that guide how you run it.

The process
  1. Define the mission statement that becomes your north star.
  2. Define the values as behaviors — what they look like on a hard day.
  3. Use the values as the filter for what you say yes and no to in the experiment phase.

Module Four
Weeks 4–12

The experiment system

Build a machine that runs marketing and product experiments in parallel. Identify ideal customer profile, value proposition, pricing, and go-to-market channels.

The process
  1. Design experiments from core assumptions. Rank them by risk. Assign pass or fail criteria.
  2. Automate your marketing infrastructure. Personas, campaigns, and landing pages.
  3. Turn every customer conversation into product and marketing insights that help you iterate quickly until you reach product-market fit.

Common questions about the Product Market Fit Program

Who is this program for?

Founders before product-market fit who are ready to stop guessing and start testing. You do not need a finished product or revenue — you need a company you are serious about and the willingness to talk to customers every week.

The program is deliberately small, 5 to 7 founders, so both the group session and your private hour stay high-signal.

What does the weekly commitment look like?

Two touchpoints a week: one group session with everyone in the program on the Waya OS modules, and one private hour on your specific path to PMF. Between sessions you run experiments, talk to customers, and build out your infrastructure — expect real work outside the calls.

What is Waya OS?

Waya OS is the founder operating system you set up during the program — the Ikigai, business case, mission and values, and experiment modules, delivered as guided facilitation inside your workspace. The method supplies the structure; the program walks you through running it against your own company.

Why start with Ikigai, business case, and mission and values instead of just running experiments?

Because those three are what make an experiment worth running and keep you honest about the result. Without them, founders test the wrong things and misread the answers. The base is the information layer; the experiments run against it.

Who runs the sessions?

Na'ama and Vince. One leads the weekly group session; one of them takes your private hour each week. Both are operators who have built, scaled, and rebuilt companies — you are working with founders, not a curriculum on autopilot.

What will I actually have built by the end?

A running reach-out engine — personas, campaigns, outreach, and a live website — a knowledge base that captures every customer conversation, booked calls and revenue, and an experiment loop you keep running after the program. The point is a working machine, not a deck.

What does it cost, and when does it start?

$3,000 for the full 12-week program. The first program starts the second week of November 2026. Seats are limited and filled by application.

How do I join?

Apply through the button above. Because the program is small and founder fit matters, enrollment runs through a short application and a conversation before you are in.

The market will answer. The question is whether you are running the experiment that asks.
